LEMON AIDE - Goat Milk Hand Soap with Crushed Walnuts & Dried Orange Peel

Ingredients: Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Mango Butter, Avocado Oil, Castor Oil, Goat Milk, Kaolin Clay, Dried Orange Peel, Ground Walnut Shells, Lemon Grass Essential Oil.

When we set out to develop a hand washing bar, we wanted to create something special. We wanted a bar that has all the beneficial properties of our core ingredients: coconut oil, olive oil, mango butter, avocado oil, castor oil, goats milk and kaolin clay. Then we needed a couple of ingredients that would raise the bar, enter dried orange peel and ground walnut shells . We mixed them together, cut and cured the bars and in a short time, Lemon-Aide was created! BUT something happened along the way....

... what happened is when we heard back from people that purchased Lemon Aide, they were using it on their bodies. They loved the fragrance and loved the ground walnut shells as a gentle and mild exfoliant. The hand bar now became a body bar!

Here are two of the key ingredients that make this bar of soap so unique:

Ground Walnut Shells: Ground walnut shells are a powerful abrasive that is a highly effective exfoliant. Exfoliants are used to remove dead skin. We use a finely ground walnut shell that is abrasive yet gentle enough to use often.

Dried Orange Peel: The natural oils in oranges help to moisturize the skin, providing a healthier glow. Orange peel makes your skin firm and elastic improving collagen production and micro-circulation.

As we have learned, proper hand washing is important in many ways. Using soap and water has been shown to be the preferred method of cleaning helping to kill germs and help stop the spread of viruses.

Each bar is about 4.4 ounces at the time of the initial cut. The finished bar can weigh slightly less or more. It is important that you keep your bar as dry as possible keeping it out of a wet dish and on a tray where it can air dry properly.
