6 Days to Great Skin

6 Days, 6 Ways to Great Skin

Having great skin can appear to be overly complicated. Wash with this. Apply this. Use only this. Never use that…ENOUGH ALREADY! We are going to make things simple by breaking it down to six things you can do in six days. Here you go.

     MONDAY: Wear Sunscreen Regularly
          - Wearing sunscreen is perhaps the most meaningful skincare tip we can offer; it is the foundation of skincare tips. People of every skin tone and complexion should look to make this an everyday habit as the sun can cause the most damage. Winter spring, summer and fall, you need protection by using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.

TUESDAY: Wash Surface Dirt and Oil
          - Part of sustaining healthy and fresh skin involves maintaining good hygiene. Starting and ending your day with clean skin will help preserve your natural beauty. Find a soap that suits your personal needs and be consistent.

     WEDNESDAY: Stop Touching Your Face
          - Our hands are always touching things. Close your eyes and think about what you have touched in the last ten minutes. Well naturally this puts our hands at a very unfavorable position to be touching our faces. Think of it like this. Whenever you are touching your face, you are transferring dirt, germs, and the oil from your hands.

     THURSDAY: Less is More
          - It is universally acknowledged that less is more and though some unpopular belief may state otherwise. According to professionals, the truth is, less is more. You should look to simplify your skincare routine since mixing and matching several various products may produce a counterproductive result.

FRIDAY: Less Coffee, More Green Tea
          - NO! The truth is that excessive consumption of coffee can cause premature aging and wrinkling of the skin. To no longer be affected by the hazardous caffeine, look to substitute it with a healthy hot drink such as green tea. Green tea is a rich source of antioxidants which can work wonders for achieving the natural beauty we all seek.

     SATURDAY: Sleep, Sleep, Sleep
          - When it comes to preserving your natural beauty, there is no better ally than sleep. A lot more happens than skin repair while you sleep. A good night’s sleep helps to reduce bags under your eyes, helps to remove dark spots and prevents wrinkling. A good night’s sleep is also great for giving you healthier and fuller hair, a bonus!

The body’s largest organ is the skin. That is why it is important that you take care of it and do everything to preserve your natural beauty. Try these six skincare tips and start enjoying your natural beauty. Not all skin types are the same and before embarking on any significant changes and adding new products to your routine, check with a dermatologist.
